- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products (Handmade Matzah), we cannot accept returns on food items once they have left our facility.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or broken beyond standard shipping expectations, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or credit.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/shipping date.
